To make an order, you need to first put the products you would like to purchase into the basket, then proceed to checkout and provide your contact and shipping details, and finally confirm the order by making a payment.
In this guide we will discuss each step in more detail.
Filling the Basket
The most intuitive way to add products to the basket is by navigating to the corresponding product’s page.
Each product page contains the product’s image, its name and a palette representing all available colour variations for that specific product. It also conveniently displays all known alternative product and colour identifiers and the current stock quantity.
To add the product to the basket, you need to specify the required quantity in the corresponding field (a total price for that quantity will be calculated and displayed right away), and click on the “Add to Basket” button next to that field.
It is also possible to add multiple items to the basket at once.
After processing a parts list file uploaded to our Parts Matching tool, the “Add to Basket” button will be available at the bottom of the page. Similarly, that button will appear at the bottom of a public parts list page.
If you you are viewing your private wishlist, the “Add to Basket” button will also be located at the bottom of the page.
Please note that only items that are currently in stock may be added to the basket.
Working with the Basket
The basket can be accessed from any page of the website by clicking on the corresponding button located at the right side of the top menu.
When filled with products, the basket page presents a list of items that have been previously added to it, conveniently grouped into sets. This feature is extremely helpful when you wish to buy parts for multiple sets at once, but don’t want parts from different sets to be mixed together.
At the bottom of the page you will see a summary table containing the subtotal cost of the products in your basket, as well as information on the available shipping options, the applicable tax and the total amount to be paid.
Once you are satisfied with the contents of your basket and the shipping option, click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button. Our system will then ensure that all items in the basket are still in stock, and if so, will lock them so that you have time to pay for the order without risking to lose those items to someone else willing to purchase them at the same time.
Checkout and Payment
On the checkout page, provide your shipping address, contact phone and email by filling out the form on the left side of the page. (This information will be pre-filled for authenticated users making a subsequent order.)
You can review the products list on the right side of the page and select the preferred payment option beneath it. Currently, we offer payments by credit or debit card and via PayPal, but in the future we plan to add more payment options.
To place an order, read an accept our Terms and Conditions of Sale and click on the “Place Order” button.
Once the payment is confirmed, an order will be created, and you will be redirected to the confirmation page.
If you are our registered customer or you opted for an account creation at checkout, then you will be able to access the order information at any time in the Orders section of your personal account page. You will also receive bonus points when your order is shipped.
