There are many features, which make it simple to import, export, modify and download wishlists. In this guide we will explain how to get the most out of your wishlist.
Wishlists at a Glance
In the Wishlists section of your personal account page, you can observe all your existing wishlists.
We conveniently show information on the number of items and pieces in each wishlist, the number and percentage of matched items as well as their total cost. A set of quick action buttons is also available for each wishlist.
Since some of our customers tend to create quite many wishlists, we also added a wishlist search bar to look up wishlists by their name.
When it comes to adding new items to a new or existing wishlist, there are several options available.
To learn how to add certain items or even entire item sets on different pages of our website, please check out this guide.
There is also a simple way to import items from your parts list file directly to your wishlist. To do that, navigate to the wishlist you would like to import items to and click on the “Import Parts” button located at the top of the page.
We have integrated our Parts Matching tool into the wishlist page, so the uploaded parts list file will be parsed, and all items from it (both matched and unmatched) will be added to your wishlist.
If you want to create a copy of a wishlist or merge two wishlists together, then you can use the export feature.
When on the Wishlists page, click on the “Export” button next to the wishlist in question.
If you you are viewing a specific wishlist, the “Export” button will be located at the bottom of the page.
In the dialog box that will appear, choose which wishlist you’d like to export items into or select the “Create new wishlist…” option to make a copy of existing wishlist.
If your wishlist is not empty, you may want to sort the items in it by some specific parameter. This can be achieved by selecting the required parameter in the “Sort” section at the top of the wishlist’s page.
Use the sort feature to group your items by part or colour identifiers, or easily locate unmatched or out-of-stock items by sorting your wishlist by item status. To reset sorting, choose the “By item sequence” option, which will lead to the items in the wishlist be arranged in the same order as they were initially added to it.
You may download an entire wishlist or only certain items from it. The latter option will be quite handy if you wish to purchase unmatched and/or out of stock items elsewhere and need to download a parts list containing just such items.
When on the Wishlists page, click on the “Download” button next to the wishlist in question.
If you you are viewing a specific wishlist, the “Download” button will be located at the bottom of the page.
In the dialog box that will appear, choose which items you want to be included into the downloaded file, and what file format to download data as.
