How To Track a Parcel

Once your parcel is shipped, you will be able to follow its journey right on our website. In this guide we will show you how.

Getting Tracking Number

You will receive an email notification with a tracking number for your order as soon as it is shipped, but if you have an account with us, the tracking number can also be retrieved on the corresponding order’s page.

A tracking number consists of your order number and a unique 4-letter package code. If we ship your order in multiple parcels, each of them will be assigned its own tracking number, and on the order details page you will be able to see which item is located in which package.

Click on the tracking number to navigate to the tracking page.

Another way to access the tracking page is from the Orders section of your personal account page. Simply click on the “Track” button next to the order in question.

You will see multiple “Track” buttons if your order is shipped in multiple parcels.

Checking Parcel Route

We usually use several courier services to deliver your parcel, and our tracking page allows you to see the entire route of your parcel — from our international shipping facility right to your doorstep.

Although our combined tracking number is unique to our system, we do provide a local carrier’s tracking number, too. You might find this helpful if, for example, your local carrier offers a tracking notifications service or if you wish to contact them to arrange for your parcel to be delivered to a different address.

Please note that the tracking information you see on our website is retrieved from multiple sources and may not always be available in English.
