We understand the importance of personal information and appreciate the trust you put into us when sharing such information with us. We know that the foundation of trust is honesty, and therefore we want to be absolutely honest with you by declaring what personal data we collect and explaining why we do it, how the data is stored and protected and how you can control it.
Our ultimate goal is to build lasting trustful relationships with our customers, and we believe that this requires more effort than simply complying to the minimal legal obligations. We promise that we will always be working hard and in our mutual interest so that you can count on us.

What Personal Data We Collect and Why We Collect It
We collect some anonymised as well as personalised data when you interact with this website. In this section, we explain exactly what data we collect and the reasons why we do it.
Cookies are small chunks of digital data set by a website that are stored directly on your device. They are tied to a specific domain name and therefore cannot be requested by or sent to an unauthorised third-party.
The kind of data that can be stored in cookies varies, but essentially they contain various identifiers, short-lived tokens and device- or user-specific preferences.
Your browser is responsible for storing cookies on your device, serving them to authorised websites, as well as deleting them upon expiration.
Please note that third-party websites may receive their cookies from your device when you visit this website’s pages that have those third-party websites’ content embedded into them. This allows us to display our visitors various third-party-managed interactive content (e.g. videos, images, forms, etc.) It also allows both us and the third-parties to collect statistical and analytical data about our visitors.
When you visit this website for the first time on a specific device, we ask your explicit consent for using different kind of cookies. In particular, we use the following four kinds.
These cookies are required for proper functioning of fundamental website features such as user authentication and payment processing. Unless you register an account with us, they will contain no personal data and therefore we have these cookies enabled by default.
These cookies allow us to collect statistical information on how the website is used so that we can continuously improve its functionality and structure. They are served and managed by third-party services and therefore we request your explicit consent to enable them.
These cookies allow us to embed third-party interactive content into our website’s pages. They are served and managed by third-party services and therefore we request your explicit consent to enable them. However, please note that this website may be missing some content should you decide to leave these cookies disabled.
These cookies allow us to better understand your interests and thus provide you with more personalised content and product offers. They are served and managed by third-party services and therefore we request your explicit consent to enable them.
Orders and Payments
When you place an order with us, you are requested to provide the following personal data.
We request your billing details for tax purposes and do not share this data with third-parties unless we are required to do so by law. However, if your billing and shipping details are the same, then the following section will apply.
We request your shipping details and share them with our shipping partners so that they can deliver you the goods that you purchase from us. You may specify different billing and shipping details, for example, if you want to purchase goods for someone else or are making a purchase on behalf of a company.
We request your email address so that we can keep you informed about how your order is being processed. We do not share it with third-parties.
We also request your phone number that we share with our shipping partners so that they can reach you directly should there be any issues with your delivery.
All payment forms on our website are provided by trusted payment processing services: Stripe and PayPal. We ensure that our website complies to their strict security requirements and hence we do not gain access to any specific payment method details (e.g. card number, expiration date, CVC code, etc.) that you submit via those forms.
When making a payment with a credit or debit card, you are provided with an option to save that card for future use on our website. Should you decide to use that option, we will instruct the corresponding payment processing service to store the card’s details in their system. The only data that we will receive from that service in return is a random digital token, the type of card, and its last four digits.
During the registration process, we request your name and email address. We do not share that information with third-parties and only use it for direct communication with you.
If you would like to reach us using the contact form on our website, you will be requested to provide your name and email address to which we will send our response. We do not share this data with third-parties and only use it for direct communication with you.
How We Store and Protect Your Data
All data, including any personal data that we collect as described above, is stored encrypted in our system. We enforce strict access control and continuously monitor the health and security state of all our system components to ensure that the data remains safe and protected against unauthorised access, use, alteration, destruction, or leakage.
We also use Transport Layer Security (TLS), a modern cryptographic protocol that ensures that the data remains protected and encrypted while being transmitted over the internet between your device and our servers.
How Long We Retain Your Data
While we do not impose any specific lifetime on your personal data, we generally discard information about you when we no longer need that information for the purposes for which we collect and use it and provided that we are not legally required to continue to keep it.
How You Can Control Your Personal Data
If you have an account with us, you can see, edit, or delete you personal data at any time on the corresponding page of the website.
Alternatively, if you have made any orders from us, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
You can also request that we close your account and/or erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data that is reasonably needed to comply with legal obligations such as law enforcement requests.
