This service is offered for all countries that we do not collect GST/VAT for. It means that you may be required to pay the corresponding tax and/or customs duties on delivery. Whether or not this will be the case for a specific order depends on country’s import regulations and restrictions. Some countries may allow tax-free imports under certain threshold, while other countries require a tax to be paid on all imports.
We advise you to check with the customs authority of your country to get an up-to-date information on the applicable import tax and any exemptions available.

This service provides a complete peace of mind as we will collect the required tax at checkout and will also take care of customs clearance on your behalf. You will get your parcel delivered right to your doorstep.
We charge only for the net weight and volume of your parcel’s contents as we use our own packaging with known weight and volume capacity. We retrieve shipping rates directly from our suppliers, so you always get the most up-to-date market prices.
Our economy shipping rate provides the biggest savings, but comes with a slower shipping speed, simple packaging, basic tracking, and minimal risk protection.
We will carefully bubble-wrap your items and put them into a new corrugated carton box, but please note that with this shipping rate we will not accept damaged items claims.
Your parcel will be shipped via a regular postal service. Depending on the destination, we expect your order to be delivered in five to seven weeks from the purchase date.
We will provide you with access to live tracking data supplied by China Post and — if available — your country’s local postal service, but it may be updated irregularly and with delays.
This shipping rate comes with no insurance, so we will not be able to refund or resend your order if your parcel is lost.
We offer the optimal rate for those who are willing to pay some extra for faster delivery, better packaging, enhanced tracking, and additional risk protection.
We will package your items using robust eco-friendly packaging materials. You will receive a corrugated carton box with smaller carton containers inside, each of which will be filled with paper-wrapped items and shredded paper filling.
Your parcel will be shipped to your country via a dedicated cargo channel. Depending on the destination, we expect your order to be delivered in three to five weeks from the purchase date.
We will provide you with access to enhanced tracking data regularly updated at each stage of your parcel’s journey.
As damage and loss protection is included into this rate, you can be certain that even if your parcel is lost or your items arrive damaged, you will be fully compensated for that.

Rural, Remote, and Restricted Areas
We may not be able to deliver to certain rural, remote or restricted areas, or delivery to such areas may require a surcharge. If that is the case with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss available options.

Unfortunately, the way GoBricks package items proved to be not well suitable for international shipping. While they are working on improving the packaging process, as of now only items of the same type and colour whose total quantity per order is no less than 40 pieces are allocated into separate plastic bags. All other items are put into a single bag, which may lead to some of them getting scratched, stained and otherwise damaged during shipment.
As we always aim to provide high-quality services, we carefully repack all orders that we receive from the factory using our own wrapping materials and packaging so that they are well prepared for long travel.
All fragile items with sleek surfaces (such as panels) are packaged separately from other items, and if there are multiple medium to large-sized sets in your order, the items will be additionally split by set.
Whenever possible, we will package all ordered items into a single parcel, but due to certain parcel weight and size restrictions imposed by various courier services, sometimes we may put your items into multiple parcels.
We work closely with our suppliers and shipping providers to bring you the goods you purchase from us as soon as possible, however due to various factors out of our control, we cannot promise every order to fit into a specific timeframe.
